Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing wide range of administrative duties to support and facilitate the operation of the company.
- Assist in monitoring stocks of office stationery or supplies and arrange purchases with procurement.
- Assist in monitoring stock of pantry items and arrange for monthly purchase.
- Assist in monitoring staffs’ daily lunchbox.
- Assist in handling and monitoring proper filing system for all documents.
- Assist onboarding and registration of new staff.
- Assist other HR functions (ie: recruitment, performance, operation).
- Undertake assignments and ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by superior/management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Office Management / Administration or any relevant field.
- Good in verbal and written Malay and English language.
- Good communicator and correspondence skill.
- Self-motivated and a great team player.
