Responsibilities:
- Add new product in web.
- Submit Purchasing Order (PO) to Warehouse.
- Top up stock in web based on Delivery Order (DO) received from Warehouse.
- Prepare weekly stock count in web.
- Prepare weekly unit sold.
- Prepare monthly product movement report.
- Reply chat on WhatsApp/Telegram immediately.
- Prepare report performance after open web.
- Prepare compilation Google Data Studio.
- Update stock in web based on amount received from Warehouse.
- Handle weekly and monthly audit.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/Office Management or any relevant field.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words) and Google Spreadsheet.
- Have basic mathematics & technology knowledge to operate the point of sale software.
- Focus and detail-oriented person.
