Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming events on E-Commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee) to engage with the audience and promote SugarBomb’s products.
- Strive to achieve set targets and continuously improve viewer engagement and experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry happenings.
- Monitor and analyse performance of metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce best content for TikTok shop.
- Plan and contribute ideas for social media contents.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as host live, content creator or similar role.
- Strong written and communication skill in Malay and English.
- Creative and detail-oriented person.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Knowledge of fragrance industry would be advantagous.
