Job Description
- Assist event team to plan event from start to finish according to the requirements, target audience and objective.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Lead promotional activities for the event monitored by event team.
- Assist event team in preparing budgets for event.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Assist in preparing reports and calculating OT and commission.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior / management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Event Management / Business Management / Marketing or any relevant field.
- A great team player.
- Possess leadership and organization skills.
- Have experience in handling event during studies.
